Step 1: Please Complete the Dasche Liability Release

Step 2: Please Complete the Dasche Injury Waiver & Consent to Treat Form

Step 3: Please Complete the Dasche Photography Release Form

Step 4: Please complete a Background Check Consent form for each parent using the link below

***After your background check consent form is submitted you will be sent an email link to the Child Safety Training Video. This link is only valid for 14 days before it expires. Completing this Training a required part of the Membership Process. Your Results will NOT be processed unless you click the button "View Certificate" at the end of your training. Please take a screenshot of this certificate for your records. Thank you! 

Step 5: Pay the 2025-26 Dasche Membership Fee

Membership Fee Schedule 2025-2026

If paid by March 31rst: $250 (Early Bird Pricing)
April 1st- June 6th: $275
June 7th - June 27th: $300
If paid after June 27th: $325

We prefer that families use ZELLE to submit their Membership Fee so that we do not have to pay the additional processing fees that Paypal requires.
