Throughout the school year, students may be highlighted in efforts to promote DasCHE's or Tutor activities and achievements. No full names of students are ever to be used on the Internet in conjunction with pictures. This form authorizes the use of children’s faces and voices in electronic (television, Internet) media or print media (newspaper) during the school year and/or in following years to highlight achievements.

a. I grant permission to DasCHE and DasCHE tutors to use my child(ren)'s image, voice, or likeness in photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings on DasCHE's or Tutor's website and social media accounts, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter), without acknowledgment or recognition given to my child(ren) or me.

b. I grant the DasCHE or DasCHE's tutors creative permission to alter the photographs, provided that the photographs are not altered in an explicit manner or used to maliciously represent my child(ren) or their associates.

c. I understand that I nor my child(ren) will not receive any monetary compensation from the DasCHE or DasCHE tutors for the permissions granted herein and hereby waives any right of inspection or approval of the photos or recordings prior to the DasCHE or Tutors posting on their social media accounts.

d. I acknowledge that any third party (including any agency, client, publication, or other organization or institution) may distribute the photographs and recordings on their social media accounts for the purposes of publicity and promotion of DasCHE and/or Tutor's classes.

e. In giving this consent, I release DasCHE from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with all third parties’ use of the images on social media.

I do not authorize DasCHE's use of my my child(ren)’s face(s) and voice(s) for any reason. I do understand that if my child is participating in events, their picture may be taken inadvertently and that all efforts will be made to either remove or obscure my child(ren's) face. I agree not to hold DasCHE liable in the event that all likenesses of my child(ren) are not removed.
