Step 1: Please Complete the Dasche Liability Release
Step 2: Please Complete the Dasche Injury Waiver & Consent to Treat Form
Step 3: Please Complete the Dasche Photography Release Form
Step 4: Complete your Child Safety Training Video
You should have recieved a link for this training video immediately after filling out your background check form. This video training must be completed before you are allowed to sign up for service hours. If your link is no longer active or you cannot locate it you can request a new link from our registrar- [email protected]
Any parent who wants to be on campus past the check in desk has to complete this video in order to get a namebadge. Anyone who serves Service Hours must have this video completed. If one parent chooses not to do the video they cannot do service hours or come on campus.
Step 5: Pay the 2025-26 Dasche New Membership Fee

Before May 13th- $325
May 13th- June 6th- $350
After June 7th- $375

We prefer that families use ZELLE to submit their Membership Fee so that we can not have to pay additional processing fees that Paypal requires.
